Some information about order processing and what to do if you have any issues upon receipt:
- FREE SHIPPING - All items (unless specifically noted) are free shipping to the 48 contiguous USA states. Any excluded items are noted clearly on that item's detail page (usually closeout items). When it is not possible for us to handle the fee, we minimize the shipping cost by cutting product prices even lower and passing savings along to you. If you are in a different locale (non contiguous USA), or have special shipping needs (has to be there tomorrow or specific day), please let us know.
- SHIPPING TIMING - Your order will ship the next business day unless noted (East Coast weather conditions permitting!)
- PRODUCT ISSUES? Just let us know of any issues within 30 days and we will work things out.
- QUESTIONS? Our customer service team and engineers are available to help, and if we don't know the answer, we will get back to you as quickly as possible. Be sure to also check our FAQ page.
- RETURNS? Please Contact Us for any product questions, perhaps we can help avoid a return. If you are sure you cannot use the product you received, do not return it without a Return Authorization Number. Please fill in a Product Issue Report to let us know the issue and we will resolve it quickly.
- RETURN SHIPPING - is not covered. We want to keep prices lower for all customers, we do not want to build this into the price everyone pays. If you change your mind about a purchase, we are happy to take back sealed, perfect condition products. We do not charge a restocking fee, but we cannot cover return shipping costs. Remember, if you are returning an item, you need to first obtain a Return Authorization Number by filling in a Product Issue Report (also below)
